What you will do in this role:

As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:

Review customer requests and expectations and respond to them according to their needs and situations
Manage multichannel interactions (e.g., voice, email, social media, or chat) to ensure a consistent customer experience
Develop your tech skills and learn how to use software solutions that improve people’s lives
Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients

Concentrix is a great match if you:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in any related field
Are proficient or bilingual in Arabic and English
Are proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
Can work rotating and weekend shifts

It will be a plus if you:

Have previous experience in Customer Service or Sales
Know how to work with helpdesk systems
